Who handles your data

The data controller is Rosario Cirrito, manager of Villa dei Colori, Via Calamoni traversa Fratelli Tammaro, 91023 Favignana (TP), Italy. For any request write to prenotazioni@cirritocase.it or call +39 351 714 1225.

What data we collect

• What you enter in the request form: name, mobile number, email (optional if you prefer WhatsApp), preferred contact channel, message, dates, number of adults and children, any baby cot request.
• If your request becomes a booking, the data needed for the stay, including the identity documents of guests that Italian law requires us to register.
• Technical browsing data (IP address, browser type) logged by the server for security and to run the site.

Why we use it and on what basis

• To answer your request and manage the booking: needed to follow up on what you ask, before and during the stay contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legal obligations: reporting guests to the police (Questura), tourist tax, tourism statistics, tax and accounting duties (art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Defending our rights, for example in case of disputes (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to answer you and manage the stay, and then for the periods set by law (for example tax rules). After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Who can see it

Only us, the person who cleans the house (who sees the number of guests, the beds to prepare and your mobile number to organise your arrival) and the technical providers that let us offer the service, in particular the hosting and email company (Aruba S.p.A., with servers in Italy), WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to be contacted there, and the authorities when the law requires it. We do not transfer data outside the European Union, except what happens on WhatsApp if you use it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, to receive it in a readable format or to object to its processing, by writing to prenotazioni@cirritocase.it. If you believe your rights are not respected you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

We only use one technical session cookie, needed for the site to work and to protect its forms. We do not use profiling, analytics or third-party cookies, and the site's fonts are hosted on the site itself. The "Open in Google Maps" link leads to an external service only if you click it.
