Where we are
In the middle of the island: shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes on foot, the port 15. The south coast (800 m, sheltered from the mistral) is 10 minutes away. When the sirocco blows, head to the Plaia beach, 500 m north, next to the Tonnara Florio.
The garden
A private garden on two levels among palm, lemon and olive trees. Under the gazebo (6 × 4 m) you will find a sofa and a table for 6, extendable to 2 metres. The outdoor masonry kitchen, with gas hob and barbecue, keeps smoke and smells out of the house. Up the steps, the solarium with sun loungers; then the outdoor shower, to leave sand and salt outside. Independent entrance with room for a car or bikes.
Inside
Living room with Kartell sofa and kitchenette (induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer). King-size double bedroom with private bathroom. Second flexible bedroom: two or three single beds, or a double plus a single, with a shaded outdoor lounge. Second bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Comfort
Inverter air conditioning, WiFi, solar hot water and thermal insulation that keeps the house cool. Linen, crockery, TV, iron and hairdryer included.
