Where we are
In the middle of the island: shops and restaurants less than 5 minutes on foot, the port 15. The south coast (800 m, sheltered from the mistral) is 10 minutes away. When the sirocco blows, head to the Plaia beach, 500 m north, next to the Tonnara Florio.
The garden
From the independent gate, a centuries-old olive tree shades the entrance, handy for bikes. The garden is all yours: relax in the shade of the Cocus trees with hammock and loungers, a gazebo for lunches and dinners outdoors (barbecues too, with no smoke indoors), breakfast outside and an outdoor shower with hot water.
Inside
An internal staircase leads to the living area. Living room with dining table and Kartell sofa that turns into a bed; kitchenette with induction hob and fridge; bathroom with shower and laundry corner with washing machine. King-size double bedroom with a west-facing balcony and a view of Monte Santa Caterina. Second bright bedroom, facing south, with a small balcony: two single beds or one double; a third single fits in the room or in the living room. The north balcony is always in the shade, ideal for meals.
Comfort
Inverter air conditioning in the bedrooms, WiFi, solar hot water and thermal insulation that keeps the house cool. Linen, crockery, TV, iron and hairdryer included.
